Wow...

So... I really have been slacking. But I'm slowly getting back to work. The two pieces I did for Art for Peace I sadly did not photograph before they were sold at Art for Peace. I may re-create the pieces I did, because I still have the stencils I used but for now I think I will move on to other work.

So Recently I "obtained" the Reason Program, which is basically a little composing machine. I've been trying out a few things and A friend and I are challenging each other to compose different themes of music. So once I finish some of these I will post them.

As well as music I'm dipping my hands back into more traditional Art. Here is a sketch I did in Charcoal a little while ago just to see if my hands were still functioning properly. Its a reverse charcoal (where you cover it with black then erase the picture out) and it went pretty well. More to come for sure. I've also got a few stencils in the works and it's just a matter of time until something is produced.

More Soon.

So here is a Timelapse I've tried to upload before, but for some reason it never worked until now.

So this is in Paris at a famous little spot where artists gather and sell artwork.

Sasquatch '08

So I went to another music festival in Washington State, known as the Sasquatch Festival. This time I didn't go as fancy picture taking and actually mainly let everyone else take pictures. So there won't be very many updates about sasquatch unless I happen to find a good photo or two that I took. such as this pano.

More Photos! (Coachella)

So... Some photos of shows at Coachella.

Finally!

Ha! I finally got this pano finished. With the actual Dimensions, this Panorama is actually around 61 inches long (around a meter and a half), and was not terribly fun to put together. I was actually really frustrated because the top half of this Pano didn't align properly and didn't extend all the way to the left side :(.

Ah Well... I'll do it better next time.

Enjoy!

(more to come)

Art

Ok so new update!!!
These are the art projects (sculptures) that I have done for one of my two art classes. I actually have another class full of art stuff, but I currently have no pics of those.

This was the latest one I did. It is my squire wrapped in electric tape. Even the strings, knobs and tuning pegs are taped.

This is my cardboard "hybrid" clock. The assignment was to put two "complex" unrelated objects together then fashion the idea out of cardboard. I spent 17 hours on this clock due to...

having to cut out the same shape around 20-30 times. It really makes your arm sore.

These last three were our second assignment. we were given three shapes: Cone, Cube and Sphere; and were told to use unconventional materials to build them. This is what I did.

Sphere

Cone

Cube

More of Vimy

Okay. Since I still haven't gone and took pictures in forever, I'm kinda straggling on the updates. So I went through all my old Vimy photos and decided to touch up a few and post them, just for kicks. On the bonus side though, I have been doing a lot of random art, so once I finish a piece and photo it and post it.

Grounds at Vimy

The Eiffel Tower behind the 'recently' erected peace monument

The Eiffel Tower through Garett's aviators.

I believe I took this in Trafalgar Square

Big Ben and the Thames River from the London Eye. It was hard to get a decent photo.

Sarah, Danielle and I jumping for the camera.

A stray Dog at Juno Beach (I can't remember the name of the town). They have damn good seafood there. I had clams.

Taken from inside the 'Cheese farm/factory'. Behind us were several rooms filled with cheese. haha, I had alcoholic apple cider here.

Taken in a cathedral in Rouen((?) I don't know if that's how to spell it).

The peace monument erected opposite the Effiel tower. Each pole has a different langauge written on it. Unfortunately I don't know what is written on them.
